The grid shows all the orders makes from the customer
that you have selected. You
can change the year in the combo box, to see the orders of the last years. In
the Orders form, you can change any date. Click
on the “H” button to see the historic of payments for the selected order.


If you do not have received a payment from your
customer (for selected order), the Payments database will be empty and the
record selector show the zero records. When you received the payment from your customer,
return to the form “Orders” and click on the button “New Payment”. The
field “payment amount” automatically shows the balance to pay. If you have
received a check with the entire payment, just click on the button “OK” to
confirm. Change
the amount if you have received a partial payment (Example 100 $) If
necessary, change the date of reception. You
can also enter the check number (use Payment method field) Click
on the button “OK” to save the changes. If you want to cancel the operation,
click on the button “Cancel”



The amount of the payments will be automatically
calculated and entered in the order data. You can see the total of payments
in the Order form. This amount is showed in the field “Paid”. The new
balance is automatically calculated. You
can delete any payment if necessary (bad check …) Example: Enter
the amount of 150.25 and click on the button “OK” Click
on the button “H” to open historic of payments. Use
the selector to open the record of the 100 $ and click on the button
“Delete” The
record is deleted and the new balance is automatically calculated.





When you returned in the Inventory form (SIP tab), you
can see the payments for each order. If
you have received an entire payment for the order number 1 example, and
when you returned in the Inventory form (SIP tab), this order will not be displayed
in the grid of orders. To
show this order, uncheck the box “(Do not show…)”




If
you want to display only orders paid (entire or partial), choose “Paid Date” in
the drop down combo.


If
you want to print the statement of the customer account, click on the button
“Print Statement”
You
can also type the statement note. This note will be printed in the statement
report.
Only
orders with a balance to pay will be showed in this report.

The
Income tracking manager keeps your transactions for each period/date
You
can choose the customer’s orders that you want to add in the Income report.
Simply,
click on the record that you want to select or unselect.
The
order that you have selected, change the color in the yellow. See the following
picture.

Each time when you change the list of orders, the Income report grid show the new values.
If you
want to remove a record, click on the record that you want to remove or click
on the button “Reinitialize” to remove all records.

You cannot
proceed/confirm a report if it is not printed.
To
print the income report, click on the button “Print Report”
Once
the report is printed, the button “Proceed” will be enabled.
Click
on this button to finish the operation and create the point of Income payment.
The
backgrounds of the records change to green.




Click
on the button “INCOME TAX” to see all orders
The
orders, which the income taxes are already paid, will be green.
Click
on the button “Paid” to see the orders where the income taxes are already paid.
Click
on the button “To Pay” to see the orders where the income taxes are not paid.
If
you want to see the dates/points of the payments, click on the button
“Historic”.
When
you click on this button, the blue list box must appear. You can click on the
any date in this box to see the details of transaction. You can make your
payments for the income taxes at any period of year.
All
dates of your reports/payments will be showed in this list box.
Click
on the same button “Historic” to close this box.
Click on the date (blue box) to display the details of
transaction. The
next picture shows the transaction for the income taxes, dated the
